With a complex global network of shopping and lifestyle precincts, Westfield engaged Moffitt.Moffitt. to rethink their leasing communication strategy across the complete customer journey. Our role was to bring greater clarity, consistency and impact to how they speak with current and future retail partners.

Moffitt.Moffitt. completed a comprehensive overhaul of lessee touchpoints, ranging from individual centre leasing and marketing collateral through to architectural design guidelines and precinct positioning. The aim was simple but ambitious: to help shift Westfield’s role from landlord to collaborative partner, creating a more connected, design-led experience for the brands and businesses that call their centres home.
